The Business Genie team sets up your account and moves your customers and data over from your spreadsheets or old software, at no charge. Then turn on online booking, so customers can book a visit themselves, and connect QuickBooks Online if that is where your books are kept.
Everything after it works on these records. An invoice, a follow-up and a route all start from a customer and an address.

Get paid from the job
Send estimates that ask for a deposit before the work starts, send the invoice from the job when it is done, and take payment by card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App. With QuickBooks Online connected in stage one, your books stay in sync.
This is the stage you feel first. With the invoice sent from the job and five ways to pay it, contractors get paid 2x faster, on the same day.

Automate the follow-up
Turn on automated follow-ups and review requests, so customers hear from you after the job and are asked for a review, without anyone having to remember to do it.
A follow-up needs someone to go to and a reason to write. Stage one moved the customers in; stage two finished the jobs and got them paid.

Route and cost the work
Let route optimization put each tech’s day in order automatically: it re-routes when a job is added, splits jobs across techs, keeps time windows and job lengths, and gives turn-by-turn directions. Have techs clock in with GPS time tracking, and use job costing to see which work pays.
Routing works on what the first three stages bring in: the customers’ addresses, the jobs booked online and the work that gets paid.
