Is the launch program really free?
Yes. The launch program is included with every Business Genie subscription at no extra cost. Our team handles setup, data import, and configuration. You pay only the standard $50/month subscription after your free 1-month trial ends. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden charges.
What if I am switching from another platform?
We handle the migration. Send us an export from your current platform (Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, spreadsheets, whatever you use) and we import your customers, job history, and pricing into Business Genie. Most migrations take 1-2 business days. You keep all your customer data and history.
Do I need to be available all 5 days?
No. We do most of the work on our end. You need about 30 minutes on Day 1 (to confirm settings and share your customer list) and 30 minutes on Day 5 (to test the workflow and go live). Everything else we handle asynchronously and send you updates.
