Who can benefit from using Business Genie?

Business Genie was built for trades businesses of all sizes. Whether you are a solo plumber, a small HVAC team, or a growing electrical company, our software simplifies scheduling, invoicing, and customer management so you can focus on the work that matters.

Are there any transaction fees?

We don't charge any fees for processing with PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App. There is a transaction fee of 2.95% + $0.25 per transaction for credit card processing, 0.75% + $1.00 per transaction for ACH transactions, and a $30 monthly maintenance fee for the payment gateway.

Can I change my plan later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings in the app. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Is customer support available?

Yes, we offer customer support for all users. You can reach us via email, phone, or live chat for any assistance you may need. Pro and Ultimate plan members receive priority support.

Can I send invoices and estimates via text message?

Yes, Business Genie enables you to quickly send invoices and estimates directly to your clients via SMS or email, making your business operations more efficient. Customers can view and pay directly from their phone.
