Give callers a way to book
Put your online booking link where a caller you missed will find it: in your voicemail greeting, on your Google Business Profile and on your website. Someone who can’t reach you can pick a time themselves, instead of waiting for you to call back.

Keep every caller on record
When you call back, add the caller to your CRM: their name, their number and what they called about. Their details, and the work you do for them from then on, stay in one place instead of in your phone’s call log.

What to say in your voicemail greeting
Say where to book before you ask for a message. A caller who wants a time can go and pick one straight away, and one who would rather talk can still leave their number. Keep it short enough to hear to the end, and put the same booking link on your Google Business Profile and your website, so what the greeting says is true wherever they look.
