Pressure washing scheduling software
Business Genie is pressure washing scheduling software for crews that tow their equipment. Driveways, house washes, decks and storefronts go on each rig’s day with their length and window, customers book online, and the stops go in the order that drives least.

A week booked around the weather
A pressure washing rig works outside, so the weather books its week: a rained-out day is moved onto the next dry ones. The sun books its hours: a house wash is finished before noon, because the mix streaks when it dries on a hot wall, while driveways, fences and decks can go at any hour around it. Most jobs need nobody home, only the water on and the gate unlocked.
Rain on Monday
Nobody washes in the rain: wet concrete hides what is clean and the mix runs off the siding. Monday’s seven jobs have to go somewhere.
Moved to the dry days
Each job goes to a day with room, on the rig already on that side of town, and route optimization puts that day back in the order that drives least. The two house washes go where a morning still has room, and both are done before noon.
The HOA letter, Tuesday at 10:00
A homeowner needs the driveway clean before the re-inspection. It goes on Rig 1 after the house wash in hand, and the rest of that day is re-ordered around it.
Every house wash before noon
Give a house wash a morning time window and the route keeps it through every change, as it keeps the windows the homeowners gave for their estimates.
