A day of homes
A cleaning team’s day is three or four homes and the drives between them. Each clean is as long as the house: a four-bedroom deep clean takes the morning, a weekly clean ninety minutes. A client’s window is the hours the house is empty: in after she leaves for work, out before school pickup, done by the landlord’s walk-through. Each home is on its team’s row as long as its clean takes, and each client’s window stands on the hours. In the order they were booked, the Rowe deep clean runs past “out by 1:30” and the Palo Verde move-out past the 2:00 walk-through.
