Invoicing and the apps

Business Genie runs on the web and in the iOS and Android app, so the invoice goes out from the phone in the truck as the job closes, or from the office. Before the job, an estimate or proposal can take a deposit. FieldPulse has iOS and Android apps and invoicing too.

Payments

This is where the two part. The sample customer paid by Venmo. A Business Genie invoice can be paid by card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App on every plan, so the customer pays the way they already do. On FieldPulse, payments are an optional add-on, and PayPal, Venmo and Cash App are not among the ways its customers can pay.

Once the customer pays, the job reaches the books. Business Genie syncs with QuickBooks Online from its Pro plan up, $100 a month for up to 3 users. FieldPulse syncs invoices and payments with QuickBooks too.
