Car lockout
The customer shows ID and the registration, then the door is opened with an air wedge and a long-reach tool, without marking the paint or tearing the weatherstrip.
House lockout
The customer shows ID with the address on it, then the lock is picked or bypassed. Drilling is the last resort, and a drilled lock is replaced before the tech leaves.
Rekeying and lock replacement
Each cylinder comes out and its key pins are swapped for the lengths a new key needs, so the old keys stop working. Doors can be keyed alike, one key for all of them. The new keys are cut on the machine in the van.
Car key made on site
With every key lost, a new one is cut to the car’s key code or decoded from the lock, and a transponder key is programmed to the car, in the driveway or the lot.
Safe opening
A safe with a lost combination or a dead keypad is opened by manipulation, or through a small hole drilled at a known point. The hole is plugged, the lock repaired or replaced, and a new combination set.
Commercial hardware and access control
A panic bar on an exit door, a closer that slams, a keypad or card reader on an office door: the old hardware comes off, the new is fitted and adjusted, and the codes or keys are set up for the staff.
