Estimate for a new door
The opening, headroom and side room are measured, styles and insulation are talked through, and the homeowner gets a written estimate for the door and the install.
Maintenance visit
Rollers, hinges and springs are lubricated, loose hardware is tightened, and the balance, the auto-reverse and the safety sensors are tested.
Spring and cable replacement
The door is clamped shut and the broken torsion spring unwound. A matched pair goes on, sized to the door’s weight by wire, inside diameter and length; frayed lift cables are replaced, and the door is balanced so it holds half-open on its own.
Garage door repair
Worn rollers, a cracked hinge, a cable off its drum or a door off its track: the tech finds what binds, replaces the worn parts and runs the door through full cycles.
Same-day service call
A door that will not open or close, most often a broken spring or a snapped cable. Quoted at the door, and fixed on the first visit when the part is on the truck.
Opener repair and replacement
The safety eyes, remotes and logic board are tested first. If the unit is finished, a new opener is hung, the travel limits and force are set, and the remotes and keypad are programmed.
New door installation
